Trying polysporin now

This lady at a cosmetic counter told me to try polysporin, she said she had told someone else to try it before and it worked. At this point I'm ready to try anything, so today it starts.

It's baaaaaack....

So here I am, half a year later and it's been coming back for a long time, but now it's the size where it's getting noticeable. Why oh why?? I am going to try some new things for a bit and see if anything works before hitting the knife again. I'm tempted to just pop the sucker and see what happens. Maybe I can just squish the whole thing out. Might be messy, but hey. Or maybe i'll try the ol' dictionary theory where you can smash it with a dictionary and it's supposed to go away. Maybe plastic surgery might work? Just alter my whole facial structure. ;) My face is fine other than this though, what a pain.

Anyways, today I tried a hot pack (hot water on cloth and hold it on the cyst) with Epsom Salt. The Epsom Salt is new for me so we'll see how it goes. I will try this 2-3 times per day for the next few days and see if i notice anything.

Final update

Nothing I tried worked, so I ended up going to the Dr. and getting it cut out... again! And btw, you can't laser them out, but one thing is for sure, go to a good doctor, my first doctor sucked, this new one was awesome.

Not Growing, Not Shrinking

Not growing and not shrinking.... Been eating lots of garlic still and taking my homeopathic stuff.

We'll see what happens by November 19, because I have my laser constultation appointment then. If it's not gone, the laser shall burn!

Filing of the Face

I forgot to mention something here. About a week ago after getting all stressed out about this thing because I was reading some other people's rather disgusting experiences, I started to get desperate. I read somewhere that they used to tell people to smash cyst with a dictionary, or hammer, and it would just destroy it. I didn't want to crank myself in the face with a frikin dictionary so I thought, "well since this is a hair folicle getting clogged or something, maybe I could exfoliate it..." So I grabbed my girlfriends file for filing skin off feet or maybe your nails (who knows what all this crap they sell people these days is), and filed my face where the cyst is.

Ok, so it wasn't exactly the smartest thing I've ever done, but desperate times call for desperate measures right? So it was a bit red, no biggy, I thought maybe the cyst could come out easier this way. Next day... Red, bloody, scabbed. ;-)

So back to the drawing board, still taking my nutritional stuff and homepathic remedy.

I found a laser dermatolgy centre in town

I emailed them and asked if they could remove a cyst and they said they could! Wow. I asked Dr. Stoll what he though of the laser treatment and he said:

If they are careful to be sure that every cell of the cyst wall is cooked, it should work well.

So I bought some raw garlic and am wolfing this stuff down. I stink like a pig in s**t, but I feel kind of good after eating a couple of raw cloves yesterday. Had another clove this morning on my egg sandwich. ;-)

My girlfriend won't kiss me anymore and wants me to sleep in the spare room, but hey, I'm doing whatever I can!

Nutrition and diet

I am trying to eat very well too, I thought I should note. Trying to eat very little sugar, no drinking for a while either. Even using no sugar in my coffee or that sweet'n'low (that stuff ain't that bad). I am kind of cheating a bit with this, but hey, I'm trying!

Homeopath

I went to see a homeopath on Sept. 25, 2003 and he gave me some homeopathic remedy (no clue what it is), so I'm taking these drops 3 times/day.
